Nevada High School Basketball - Awaken Christian ripped by Needles

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Needles Mustangs basketball team scored a decisive 60-32 triumph over the Awaken Christian Lions.

In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Parker Broncs (Parker, AZ) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 9. Needles will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Broncs enter the match with a 5-1 record after their 79-70 non-league loss to Mohave Accelerated (Bullhead City, AZ).

With the defeat, Awaken Christian moves to 0-5 on the year. The Lions travel to White Pine (Ely, NV) to meet the Bobcats in a 2A Southern match on Friday, December 16. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 1-5.
