Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL), 54-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Kankakee upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Kays travel to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL) to clash with the Warriors in a Southland bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-8.
