The Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL) basketball nipped the visiting Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL), 56-55 in Thursday's league test.
The Sabres (1-8) will now prepare for their test against South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Storm go into the Upstate Eight test with a 2-6 record.
