North Carolina High School Basketball - Southeast Halifax crushes KIPP Pride

December 8, 2023: Halifax, NC 27839

Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting KIPP Pride Pride (Gaston, NC), 69-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Southeast Halifax upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Weldon (Weldon, NC) to play the Chargers in a 1A Tar Roanoke bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Weldon won 51-35 in their recent league bout against Warren County (Warrenton, NC)

Next up, the Pride play the Northampton County Jaguars (Gaston, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke bout, on Tuesday, December 12. KIPP Pride will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 64-48 league win over Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC).
