The Oliver Springs Bobcats basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Wartburg Central Bulldogs to 39 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunbright for a 1A District 3 contest on Tuesday, December 12. Oliver Springs will meet a Tigers team coming off a 69-38 non-league loss to Harriman (Harriman, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-6.

The Bulldogs (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rockwood (Rockwood, TN). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Rockwood ran past Greenback (Greenback, TN), 55-50, in a league contest.
