California High School Basketball - Venice holds off Palisades

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA), saw Venice's basketball squad hold off Palisades by a tally of 71-64.
With the victory, Venice improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Gondoliers travel to Windward (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 8-2.
Next up, the Dolphins confront the Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Palisades will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 79-43 non-league win over Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA).
