Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA), 52-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Armuchee upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Coosa (Rome, GA) to play the Eagles in a A D1 Region 7 bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 3-3. Coosa lost 59-42 in their recent league bout against Darlington (Rome, GA)

Next up, the Dragons play the Praise Academy Lions (Powder Springs, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Pepperell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
