Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Marian Catholic routs Nativity BVM

December 8, 2023: Tamaqua, PA 18252

In Friday's league outing, the Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Nativity BVM Green Wave (Pottsville, PA), by a margin of 76-10.

The (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA). The Blue Knights go into the non-league outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Wyoming Seminary College Prep smashed Mountain View (Kingsley, PA), 52-49, in a non-league outing.

The Green Wave now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Shenandoah Valley for a Schuylkill County 3 outing on Tuesday, December 12. Nativity BVM will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 43-16 league win over Weatherly (Weatherly, PA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-1.
