Thorsby Rebels (Thorsby, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Isabella Mustangs (Maplesville, AL), 56-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Thorsby upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Rebels travel to Holtville (Deatsville, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 12. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Verbena Red Devils (Verbena, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Isabella will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
