Alabama High School Basketball - Bibb County holds off Helena

December 9, 2022: Helena, AL 35080

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bibb County Choctaws (Centreville, AL) and the host Helena Huskies (Helena, AL), saw Bibb County's basketball squad hold off Helena by a tally of 25-23.

With the victory, Bibb County improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Choctaws travel to American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 2-5.

Next up, the Huskies confront the Huntsville Panthers (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Helena will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 50-36 non-league win over Columbia (Huntsville, AL).
