Boling Bulldogs (Boling, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Needville Bluejays (Needville, TX), 75-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Boling upgrades its record to 13-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hempstead (Hempstead, TX) to clash with the Bobcats in a 3A Region III District 24 bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 3-4.

Next up, the Bluejays clash with the Navasota Rattlers (Navasota, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 25 bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Needville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Rattlers go into the bout with a 17-1 record after their 51-43 non-league loss to Hearne (Hearne, TX).
