The East Mecklenburg Eagles basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Rocky River CMS Athletics to 29 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garinger for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13.

The CMS Athletics (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, North Mecklenburg was routed by Hough (Cornelius, NC), 56-52, in a non-league contest.
