In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Carroll County Cavaliers basketball team scored a good 76-58 triumph over the Pulaski County Cougars.
In their next game, the Cavaliers meet the Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 15. Carroll County will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Maroon Tide come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 68-29 league loss to George Wythe (Wytheville, VA).
Next up, the Cougars confront the Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) in a River Ridge challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Pulaski County will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
