In Saturday's non-league outing, the Gretna East Griffins (Gretna, NE) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Burke Bulldogs (Omaha, NE), by a margin of 62-34.

The Griffins (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fremont (Fremont, NE). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Fremont was trounced by Millard West (Omaha, NE), 65-25, in a league outing.
