Douglas County West Falcon (Valley, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Concordia Mustangs (Omaha, NE), 68-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Douglas County West upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Falcon host Arlington (Arlington, NE) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Arlington won 60-23 in their recent non-league bout against Brownell Talbot (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Scotus Shamrocks (Columbus, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Concordia will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Shamrocks go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 43-33 non-league win over St. Francis (Humphrey, NE).
