New York High School Basketball - Falconer holds off Southwestern

The Falconer Golden Falcons basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Southwestern Trojans to 41 in the Golden Falcons league triumph on Monday.
The Golden Falcons now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Fredonia for a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - I West game on Friday, December 13. Falconer will confront a Hillbillies team coming off a 94-30 non-league win over Buffalo Culinary Arts (Buffalo, NY). The Hillbillies record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Southwestern falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Allegany-Limestone (Allegany, NY) to confront the Gators in a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - I West game on Monday, December 16. The Gators go into the game with a record of 0-0.
