The Pine Tree Academy Breakers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Temple Academy Bereans to 32 in the Breakers league triumph on Monday.

The Breakers now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Telstar for a D South game on Tuesday, December 10. Pine Tree Academy will confront a Rebels team coming off a 80-71 league win over Buckfield (Buckfield, ME). The Rebels record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Temple Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bereans travel to Richmond (Richmond, ME) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 0-1. Richmond lost 32-21 in their recent league game against Carrabec (North Anson, ME)
