Maine High School Basketball - Pine Tree Academy nips Temple Academy

In Monday's league contest, the visiting Pine Tree Academy Breakers basketball team scored a close 34-32 win over the Temple Academy Bereans.
The Breakers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Telstar (Bethel, ME). The Rebels come into the D South contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Telstar was tipped by Buckfield (Buckfield, ME), 47-18, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bereans battle the Richmond Bobcats (Richmond, ME) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Temple Academy will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 61-20 league loss to Carrabec (North Anson, ME).
