Virginia High School Basketball - Highland knocked off by Parry McCluer

The Parry McCluer Fighting Blues basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Highland Rams to 61 in the Fighting Blues league triumph on Thursday.
The Fighting Blues now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Mennonite for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Parry McCluer will meet a Flames team coming off a 74-61 league loss to Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA). The Flames record now stands at 10-6.
The Rams (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Paw Paw (Paw Paw, WV). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Paw Paw ran past Hyndman Charter School (Hyndman, PA), 66-24, in a non-league contest.
