In Wednesday's league outing, the Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Torres Toros (Madera, CA), by a count of 75-39.
The Patriots (10-15) will now prepare for their outing against Roosevelt (Fresno, CA). The Rough Riders go into the County/Metro outing with a 15-8 record. In their last outing, Roosevelt smashed Madera South (Madera, CA), 75-52, in a league outing.
The Toros now hold a 9-15 record. They play next when they travel to Sunnyside for a County/Metro outing on Friday, February 3. Torres will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 61-55 league win over Fresno (Fresno, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-7.
