The Bruins now possess a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a River Ridge battle on Friday, February 3. Blacksburg will confront a Patriots team coming off a 71-37 league win over Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 14-5.

The Maroons (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Grayson County (Independence, VA). The Blue Devils go into the Mountain Empire outing with a 6-12 record. In their last outing, Grayson County was tipped by Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA), 52-34, in a league outing.
