Texas High School Basketball - Fort Bend Elkins ripped by Fort Bend Hightower

The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Fort Bend Elkins Knights to 29 in the Hurricanes league triumph on Wednesday.

The Hurricanes now sport a 28-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Clements for a 6A Region III District 20 contest on Saturday, February 4.

The Knights (18-13) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX). The Vikings enter the 6A Region III District 20 contest with a 7-21 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Dulles was routed by George Ranch (Richmond, TX), 49-39, in a league contest.
