McKinley Bulldogs (Canton, OH) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH), 38-34 in a league bout.
With the victory, McKinley upgrades its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Washington (Massillon, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 8-7.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Green will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 53-36 non-league loss to St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, OH).
