In Thursday's league match, the host Prout Crusaders basketball squad scored a close 87-85 win over the Blackstone Valley Prep PRIDE.
The Crusaders (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Achievement First Providence (Providence, RI). The Falcons go into the Division 3 test with a 0-12 record.
The PRIDE now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Achievement First Providence for a Division 3 test on Friday, February 2. Blackstone Valley Prep will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 65-35 league loss to Scituate (North Scituate, RI). The Falcons record now stands at 0-12.
