Georgia High School Basketball - Carver overwhelmed by Sandy Creek

The Sandy Creek Patriots basketball team scored 83 points and restricted the visiting Carver Panthers to 21 in the Patriots league victory on Thursday.
The Patriots now sport a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Etowah for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Sandy Creek will battle a Eagles team coming off a 68-61 league loss to Sequoyah (Canton, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 17-5.
The Panthers (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Spalding triumphed over Perry (Perry, GA), 68-59, in a league contest.
