Cordova Wolves (Cordova, TN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Collierville Dragons (Collierville, TN), 79-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Cordova upgrades its record to 22-1 on the season. The Wolves travel to Southwind (Memphis, TN) to clash with the Jaguars in a 4A District 15 bout on Friday, February 2. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 9-6.

Next up, the Dragons clash with the Houston Mustangs (Germantown, TN) in a 4A District 15 bout, on Friday, February 2. Collierville will attempt to upgrade on its 13-14 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 14-12 record after their 72-50 league win over Germantown (Germantown, TN).
