In Thursday's league outing, the Laurel Highlands Mustangs (Uniontown, PA) basketball squad felled the visiting Belle Vernon Leopards (Belle Vernon, PA), by a margin of 52-35.
The Mustangs (16-2) will now prepare for their outing against West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA). The Titans go into the WPIAL 4A 3 outing with a 10-6 record. In their last outing, West Mifflin defeated Southmoreland (Alverton, PA), 52-24, in a league outing.
The Leopards now hold a 7-9 record.
