The Fairmont Senior Polar Bears basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Liberty Mountaineers to 33 in the Polar Bears league victory on Thursday.

The Polar Bears now sport a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Fairmont for a Big Ten contest on Saturday, February 3. Fairmont Senior will clash with a Bees squad coming off a 69-45 league win over Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Bees record now stands at 16-0.

Next up, the Mountaineers clash with the Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV) in a Big Ten bout, on Thursday, February 8. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record.
