With the victory, Greater Nanticoke Area improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA) to confront the Royals in a Wyoming Valley 2 challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 16-4.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Hanover Area Hawkeyes (Hanover Township, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 2 challenge, on Monday, February 5. Wyoming Area will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record. The Hawkeyes come into the challenge with a 0-15 record after their 65-30 non-league loss to Northwest Area (Shickshinny, PA).
