The Winooski Spartans basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Mt. Abraham Eagles to 38 in the Spartans league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Danville for a Mountain game on Wednesday, February 5.
With the loss, Mt. Abraham falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Vergennes (Vergennes, VT) to confront the Commodores in a Lake game on Wednesday, February 5. The Commodores go into the game with a record of 9-5. Vergennes won 60-29 in their recent league game against Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT)
