With the victory, Dalton advances its record to 21-3 on the year. The Catamounts host Allatoona (Acworth, GA) to meet the Buccaneers in a AAAA Region 7 battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Buccaneers enter the test with a record of 4-16.

The Yellow Jackets (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA). The Tigers come into the AAA Region 7 test with a 10-13 record. In their last test, Adairsville went down by Heritage (Ringgold, GA), 51-29, in a league test.
