The Covenant Christian Eagles (Tuscumbia, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Cherokee Indians (Cherokee, AL), 89-26 in Thursday's league test.
The Eagles (23-6) will now prepare for their test against R.A. Hubbard (Courtland, AL). The Chiefs go into the non-league test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, R.A. Hubbard walloped Shoals Christian (Florence, AL), 78-64, in a league test.
The Indians now own a 3-16 record.
