With the victory, Belle Plaine upgrades its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Dragons host Independent (Wichita, KS) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 16-2. Independent won 62-51 in their recent non-league bout against Chaparral (Anthony, KS)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Trinity Academy Knights (Wichita, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Conway Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 4-15 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 73-45 non-league loss to Cheney (Cheney, KS).
