The Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA), 52-32 in Friday's league test.
The Knights (19-4) will now prepare for their test against Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Patriots go into the River Ridge test with a 23-2 record. In their last test, Patrick Henry notched a victory over Holston (Damascus, VA), 48-43, in a non-league test.
The Bruins now own a 7-16 record.
