The Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) basketball crushed the host South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC), 78-48 in Friday's league test.
The Chargers (16-8) will now prepare for their test against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC). The Wonders go into the 4A Conference 57 test with a 5-19 record. In their last test, A.L. Brown was trounced by Concord (Concord, NC), 72-51, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 2-21 record. They play next when they travel to Hickory Ridge for a 4A Conference 57 test on Monday, February 13. South Iredell will encounter a Ragin' Bulls squad coming off a 64-57 league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Ragin' Bulls record now stands at 15-7.
