South Allegheny Gladiators (McKeesport, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Allegheny Wild Cats (North Versailles, PA), 61-31 in a league bout.

With the win, South Allegheny upgrades its record to 17-4 on the season. The Gladiators host Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Shady Side Academy won 62-54 in their recent league bout against Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA)
