The Eagles now possess a 13-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Water Valley for a 2A Region I District 7 battle on Tuesday, February 14. Eldorado will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 53-29 league loss to Forsan (Forsan, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-15.

The Lions (5-25) will now prepare for their battle against Sonora (Sonora, TX). The Broncos come into the 2A Region I District 7 battle with a 5-17 record. In their last battle, Sonora was overwhelmed by Sterling City (Sterling City, TX), 70-28, in a league battle.
