The North Charlotte Lions basketball team (Charlotte, NC), was nudged 69-66 in Friday's league battle with the host Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC)
The Hawks now possess a 8-25 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union Grove Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 14. Forsyth Home Educators will confront a Patriots team coming off a 67-60 non-league win over Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 20-7.
The Lions (7-13) will now prepare for their battle against Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC). The Hurricanes come into the non-league battle with a 18-11 record. In their last battle, Greenville Hurricanes edged Bob Jones Academy (Greenville, SC), 71-57, in a non-league battle.
