The Harper Hornets basketball team (Harper, OR), was nudged 52-48 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Four Rivers Falcons (Ontario, OR)
The Falcons now possess a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jordan Valley for a 1A High Desert battle on Saturday, February 11. Four Rivers will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 73-30 league loss to Adrian (Adrian, OR). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-10.
The Hornets (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Huntington (Huntington, OR). The Locomotives come into the 1A High Desert battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Huntington was nudged by Prairie City (Prairie City, OR), 63-48, in a league battle.
