The Bearkats now sport a 16-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Feria for a 4A Region IV District 32 battle on Monday, February 13. Raymondville will battle a Lions team coming off a 62-50 league loss to Zapata (Zapata, TX). The Lions record now stands at 18-8.
The Pirates (10-18) will now prepare for their battle against Grulla (Rio Grande City, TX). The Gators come into the 4A Region IV District 32 battle with a 9-16 record. In their last battle, Grulla prevailed over Jubilee Brownsville (Brownsville, TX), 60-46, in a league battle.
