Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Honesdale can't hold off North Pocono

The North Pocono Trojans basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Honesdale Hornets to 43 in the Trojans league victory on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wallenpaupack Area for a Lackawanna 2 contest on Tuesday, February 14. North Pocono will battle a Buckhorns team coming off a 64-50 league loss to Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Buckhorns record now stands at 10-9.
The Hornets (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA). The Wildcats come into the Lackawanna 2 contest with a 1-18 record. In their last contest, Western Wayne was nudged by Scranton (Scranton, PA), 77-37, in a non-league contest.
