The Kettle Moraine Lasers (Wales, WI) basketball crushed the host Waukesha North Northstars (Waukesha, WI), 75-35 in Friday's league test.
The Lasers (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Catholic Memorial (Waukesha, WI). The Crusaders go into the Classic Eight test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, Catholic Memorial was trounced by West Salem (West Salem, WI), 81-75, in a non-league test.
The Northstars now own a 4-17 record. They play next when they travel to Waukesha West for a Classic Eight test on Tuesday, February 14. Waukesha North will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 77-68 league loss to Mukwonago (Mukwonago, WI). The Wolverines record now stands at 11-10.
