The North Reading Hornets basketball team (North Reading, MA), was toppled 67-50 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Lynnfield Pioneers (Lynnfield, MA)
The Pioneers now possess a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newburyport for a Cape Ann - Large battle on Tuesday, February 14. Lynnfield will confront a Clippers team coming off a 67-55 non-league loss to North Andover (North Andover, MA). The Clippers record now stands at 9-7.
The Hornets (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Wilmington (Wilmington, MA). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 2-16 record.
