The West Albany Bulldogs basketball team (Albany, OR), was overwhelmed 60-32 in Friday's league battle with the host Central Panthers (Independence, OR)

The Panthers now possess a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corvallis for a 5A Mid-Willamette battle on Tuesday, February 14. Central will confront a Spartans team coming off a 69-60 league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 12-5.

The Bulldogs (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against Silverton (Silverton, OR). The Foxes come into the 5A Mid-Willamette battle with a 15-4 record. In their last battle, Silverton was overwhelmed by South Albany (Albany, OR), 34-33, in a league battle.
