Vermont High School Basketball - Montpelier triumphant over U-32

The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Montpelier Solons (Montpelier, VT) and the visiting U-32 Raiders (Montpelier, VT), observed Montpelier's basketball team overwhelm U-32 by a score of 79-49.
The Solons (16-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lyndon Institute (Lyndon Center, VT). The Vikings come into the Capital challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Lyndon Institute was routed by Thetford Academy (Thetford, VT), 60-37, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Lake Region Rangers (Orleans, VT) in a Capital challenge, on Wednesday, February 12. U-32 will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 43-31 league loss to Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT).
