In Monday's non-league test, the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) basketball squad defeated the host Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM), by a final score of 47-34.
Next, the Rams clash with the Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 13. Rio Rancho will attempt to upgrade on its 19-1 season record.
The Hawks (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Scorpions come into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Farmington overcame Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM), 50-46, in a non-league test.
