The Lourdes Eagles (Rochester, MN) basketball felled the visiting Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN), 59-43 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (6-14) will now prepare for their test against Cotter (Winona, MN). The Ramblers go into the non-league test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Cotter was beaten by Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN), 69-47, in a non-league test.
The Bombers now own a 5-14 record. They play next when they host Plainview-Elgin-Millville for a AA Section 1 test on Saturday, February 12. Cannon Falls will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 77-19 league win over St. Charles (St. Charles, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-1.
