Churchill Lancers (Eugene, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ashland Grizzlies (Ashland, OR), 52-18 in a league bout.

With the win, Churchill upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Lancers host North Bend (North Bend, OR) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 5A Midwestern bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 10-9. North Bend lost 32-17 in their recent league bout against Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR)

Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Eagle Point Eagles (Eagle Point, OR) in a 5A Midwestern bout, on Tuesday, February 15. Ashland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 32-17 league win over North Bend (North Bend, OR).
