The Chesterton Academy Saints basketball team (Albuquerque, NM), dropped 38-26 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Coronado Leopards (Gallina, NM)
The Leopards now possess a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Santa Fe Waldorf for a A District 7 battle on Tuesday, February 14. Coronado will battle a Wolves team coming off a 79-19 league loss to Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Wolves record now stands at 9-10.
The Saints (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM). The Roadrunners come into the A District 7 battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, New Mexico School for the Deaf dropped by Santa Fe Waldorf (Santa Fe, NM), 40-32, in a league battle.
