Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Roaring Fork Rams (Carbondale, CO) and the host Gunnison Cowboys (Gunnison, CO), saw Roaring Fork's basketball squad overcome Gunnison by a tally of 64-53.
With the victory, Roaring Fork improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Grand Valley (Parachute, CO) to confront the Cardinals in a 3A Western Slope challenge on Friday, February 17. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 8-9.
Next up, the Cowboys confront the Olathe Pirates (Olathe, CO) in a 3A Western Slope challenge, on Friday, February 17. Gunnison will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record.
